OLG shall have the proper to inform all 3rd functions which OLG, in its sole discretion, determines being acceptable in the event of any genuine or suspected collusion, dishonest, fraud or criminal exercise by any Participant or maybe the taking of any unfair gain by any Participant, which include the suitable legislation enforcement authorities
